Sister Jubilarians in the Brooklyn Diocese Celebrated with Bishop DiMarzio
Sisters of the Diocese recently celebrated their anniversaries of religious life at a Jubilee Mass and Dinner with Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio at the Immaculate Conception Center, Douglaston. Among the jubilarians were Sister Alice Rees,(60 years) and Sr. Alice Michael (50 years). Sister Alice Rees is a member of the Holy Union community in Immaculate Conception Parish, Astoria where she is involved in several volunteer ministries. Sister Alice Michael lives in Brooklyn and is Associate Director of Cultural and Ethnic Groups, RCIA and the Diocesan Faith Formation Program.
