How To Order:
The Holy Union Sisters Memorial Card Program offers a selection of cards for living and deceased family and friends. If you wish to participate in this program please fill out the form below. You will receive a selection of all the cards in the program. As cards are used and donations are sent there is a space on the remittance envelope to order the card or cards you wish to have for future use.
