Justice and Peace

Holy Union Sisters have endorsed the Catholic Day of Action with Immigrant Children on July 18.

Fourteen Catholic Justice organizations have joined forces for a Day of Action for Immigrant Children on July 18th.  On the East Lawn of the US Capital in Washington D.C. there will be a prayer vigil and demonstration for immigrant and refugee children followed by an opportunity to risk arrest in nonviolent civil disobedience for those who choose to take that step. This day is Phase One of a campaign to end the inhumane treatment of immigrant and refugee children and families by the U.S. government.
Holy Union Sisters have endorsed this Day of Action and invite you to join us by using the following resources.
